How do I add a new client?
Go to Document Mapping → Fill in Folder Name, Client Name, and Sender Email → Save.
What is Document Mapping?
A feature that auto-categorizes documents into folders based on client and sender email rules.
Where can I see processed emails?
Visit your Profile page and scroll to view the email processing logs.
Can I edit a mapped client?
Currently, you must delete and re-create the mapping for changes.
What is sender email used for?
It filters which emails are auto-categorized under the selected client.

How do I register on ADMS Tool?
Click on 'Register', follow the 3 steps (login info, Gmail setup, personal info), then wait for admin approval.
How do I log in?
Use your email and password on the login page. Make sure your account is approved first.
What is ADMS Tool?
ADMS Tool helps users manage and auto-sort email documents for clients using Gmail integration.
Where is the Register button?
You can find the Register button at the top right corner of the homepage.
Is admin approval required after registering?
Yes, you must wait for admin approval before you can log in.
Can I contact support?
Yes, use the Contact form linked on the login page or footer to reach our support team.

How can I update my Gmail password?
Go to Account → Update Gmail → Generate a Gmail App Password via Google settings and enter it.
Can I change my personal details?
Yes, go to Account page and click 'Edit' next to the field you want to change.
What is a Gmail App Password?
It’s a secure password generated from your Google Account (requires 2-step verification) used for ADMS sync.
Can I update my receiver email?
Yes, go to Account settings and click edit next to 'Receiver Email'.
What happens after saving changes?
Your updated details will be used immediately for future document processing.

Troubleshooting

Why can’t I log in?
You may not be approved yet or entered wrong credentials. Try 'Forgot Password' if unsure.
My Gmail is not syncing.
Check that your App Password is valid and that 2-step verification is enabled in your Google account.
What if I forgot my password?
Click on 'Forgot Password' → Enter email → OTP will be sent → Reset your password.
I didn’t receive an OTP.
Make sure your email is correct. Also check your spam folder. Then try again.
Nothing happens after clicking Save.
Ensure all fields are correctly filled. Check for red warning messages.
I see a blank page.
Try refreshing the page or check your internet connection. If the issue continues, contact support.
